I have done editorial work for decades. My individual- and cooperative-based editing includes (but is not limited to!):
- Several years as a journalist and editor in the US Air Force Reserve;
- 12+ years as an editor with a large legal publisher;
- A stint as communications coordinator with a church;
- A few years teaching English and spelling; and
- Several happy years as a freelance editor.
I’m a New Orleans native. I hold a BA in English from the University of New Orleans, and an MA in homeland security from American Military University. Of course, I enjoy reading, editing and writing. I live near Boone, North Carolina.
